Monthly billing

Your platform fee is $297 per month per property. Professional onboarding is $300, currently waived. Choose how you want to pay.

Bank account (ACH)Preferred Lowest cost, no surcharge, nothing to expire, nothing to update. Enter your account details below and billing is set up with no extra steps.

Credit card Available if you prefer it. Card payments carry a 3.9% processing surcharge added to each monthly charge. We will email you a secure Stripe link to enter your card. Card numbers are never collected on this form. Cards also expire and fail more often, which can pause your pricing service, so we recommend ACH.

Confirm account number ACH authorization. I authorize STR Guru, LLC to electronically debit the account above for the monthly platform fee of $297 per property, plus any onboarding fee shown on my Schedule A, on or about the 1st of each month, and to re-initiate a debit that is returned. This authorization stays in effect until I revoke it in writing with at least 15 days notice, as described in Section 3.2 of my Platform Services Agreement. I certify I am authorized to use this account.

Review and confirm

A quick look at what you entered, then five confirmations that match your service agreement.

Lodging taxes, STR licensing, and permits are my responsibility. After the build, I will review my listing on every channel, every section and every tab, including photos and amenities, and I will click Save on each page as I confirm it. Listing accuracy is my responsibility. Booking channels charge their own fees, including Airbnb's host service fee. Those fees come out of my payouts, are set by the channels, and can change. I will open my own payment account (Stripe or Square) for direct bookings and Vrbo. STR Guru never holds my guest money. I understand STR Guru provides the technology and pricing service. I answer my guests and handle cleaning and maintenance.
