The Space At STR Guru
The upper main level of our charming duplex features three roomy bedrooms with king-sized beds. A flexible office space, furnished to meet professional needs, is available for remote work while the rest of your group can stay entertained with the included high-speed Wi-Fi and TV options. For larger groups or families, we provide extra sleeping options, including air mattresses, so everyone has a comfortable spot to rest. The bathroom includes complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT:
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Guest access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire upper-level unit during their stay as well as the backyard courtyard, front yard, and side yard for relaxation and outdoor activities. Please note, the basement unit is currently occupied by a tenant.
Parking is conveniently available at the rear of the alley and in designated spots numbered 2, 3, 4, or 5. This ensures ample parking space for our guests throughout their stay.
